The Owls led 35-20 at halftime, as they shot just over 40 percent from three-point range with Schmidgall sinking three of the team’s seven treys before the break.

Hancock Owls drubs Wheaton-Herman-Norcross in girls basketball action
The Hancock Owls girls basketball team defeated the rival Warriors of Wheaton/Herman-Norcross by a 55-39 margin tonight in a game held at Wheaton.
The Warriors fall to 3-7 overall, while the Owls improve to 6-2 with the win.
Hancock's next game is at home on Friday night against Pheasant Conference rival Ortonville (2-8).

Hancock Owls improve to 5-2 with convincing 58-34 win at Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa
The Hancock Owls started off the new year in style with a big 58-34 over sub-section rival B-B-E on Tuesday night.
