Hancock Owls girls' basketball has another banner year on the hardwood

The Hancock Owls girls' basketball team finished another highly successful season under head coach Jodi Holleman. The Owls played in their third straight sub-section championship game on March 6 in Morris, where they lost 63-39 to Parkers Prairie. Hancock finished 21-5 overall after winning their sixth straight Pheasant Conference championship. Coach Holleman retired following the season after guiding one of central Minnesota's most successful basketball programs since 1997.
