The Hancock Owls girls basketball team defeated the host Blackjacks, as they were led by Bree Holleman's 22 points and four three-pointers.
Kendra Schmidgall scored 12 and Illissa Koehl scored 10.
The Owls led by a slim margin of 24-23 at halftime.
Dawson-Boyd fell to 1-3 overall with the loss.
UP NEXT for the Owls: this Friday they host the 1-2 Montevideo Thunderhawks (Dec 11th).
